Delivery availability to specific areas can be confirmed during checkout.
Delivery times vary by location:
- Major cities (Lagos, Abuja, Kaduna): 1-3 business days
- State capitals: 2-5 business days
- Other locations: 3-7 business days
Delivery times may be extended during holidays or peak periods.
If you're not available for delivery:
- Our delivery partner will call you to arrange another delivery time
- They may leave the package with a security guard or neighbor (with your permission)
- You can collect from the nearest delivery center
- You can reschedule delivery for a convenient time
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect items delivered
- Products past expiration date
Original packaging and proof of purchase required. Contact customer service to initiate returns.
Refunds are processed within:
- 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item
- Bank transfers: 1-2 business days to reflect in your account
- Original payment method will be used for refund
